256th Mechanized Brigade - OOB?
Re-reading Escape from Kalisz and reading all the threads from here I can't get a clear indication as the OOB for the 256'th Brigade?
From some notes I have from 20 years ago I have the 3/11 Inf and the 1/61 Inf belonging to the unit but I can't find any indication of what Armor unit was part of the Brigade. Thanks for any help (and if you can clarify the source you used.)
