Doing a little bit of looking around what AmySgt and TopBreak have here, and I think its reasonable for Soviet troops to have Y-strap gear and combine it with a chest rig or reversed lifevest. Discussion or comments? And BT, I remember seeing the plastic ammo pouches from German web gear...I cant remember where or when...
