But to answer your question...it depends. If what remains of the "upper class" or maybe a courtesan or Mata-Hari style seductress, or prostitute wants to ply her trade, she damn well better shave. Otherwise....might as well let that hair grow, no reason to attract attention from that local marauder/Soviet Conscript/undisciplined militia member/undisciplined American soldier/etc. who wants some poontang, though depending on their state of mind, they might not even care in the first place (as it is with most rapists).
