Been working still on the Kenya sourcebook - have changed God's Will to the LRA - and Mr. Kony will be making an appearance.
Kenya is an interesting case because while it will be a battlefield it will still be in many areas still completely civilized with working transport, police and govt services especially between Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu
Thus, as opposed to many areas, interaction with standard police would be a real possibiilty - i.e. if you start a firefight in a Kenyan town you may get arrested and thrown into jail. Also I am looking at possibly adding Kenyan police as a character choice for those who want to see what being a police officer is like in Twilight 2000.
