I like it, and it overlaps nicely with the media piece I wrote as well as the piece Chico did on the State Guard. One thing you might want to mention? How are the host communities where all these folks are headed to going to react. I cannot imagine there's just going to be official responses. Heck, I expect some locals might not be too happy to see all these "city-folk" and might react violently to it. Some of them might save the National Guard and LE the trouble.
