I just found out, that first weekend of August is a no go for me. We're invited to a wedding in Sandefjord, and there is no way out of that engagement... No pun intended.

Caveats my own definently maybe
Given the personel situation I am adding my own definently maybe to the list. (Everybody on a maybe status)
I hope to be there - but cant say for sure due to other holliday plans. If it doesnt happen 1-4 August maybe the 9th to the 11th might be an alternative? Anyways - hope it all comes together. |

Solution for our problem
Hi all.
Given all uncertainity about the upcomming event, should we set a go/nogo date? If we agree that all participants must state whether they will attend (or most likely will not) on the first weekend of August within the first comming Wednesday, we can make a decision on whether we go ahead or postpone it to a later date in August. Is this OK with you? If so, let us know if you can show up at the BH first weekend in August within Wednesday |
