Airport taxi service would be very much appriciated. It would also be highly valued if I can reserve a separate bedroom - preferably with a seaside view. Is this possible?

What dinner plans have been made?
Are the kitchen entirely staffed by professionals already and the menu fixed, or should we bring any ideas/muscles to the table?

Rumor on the street is that FMS DC will show up as well
