Anniston is the sight of a major chemical weapons storage and disposal facility. Any idea about using these potentially?

Yah; one of the reasons it got targeted, but I figure that:

Given the escalating nature of tactical and theater WMD use, stocks present would be low while handling gear would still be present but most of that stuff would have gone with the Army when they pulled out under JCS/Milgov orders to scramble.

A Sarin shell or two, or a crate of CS gas grenades wouldn't be out of the question to find lying around tho.
