Not familiar with this but it sounds pretty cool. Recently I worry I am thinking too much about Fallout- especially Fallout 3 New Vegas where the descendents of those who survived in vaults seem to either adapt cultures from the past or descend into new forms of barbarism. But this seems a cool addition. Worth thinking however that the idea of people being placed in a form of suspended hibernation is an old one. The old Logan's Run series had an episode of sleepers awaking from hibernation, except one didn't belong.
