I am totally a 3rd edition guy. I own a copy of 4th but, I am unhappy with it so far.

That is part of the fun of running Prime Base!! You can think about the storage areas and the labs as your own canvas. Put in what you want. Test drive the module with your additions. See if it helps/hurts your game. Make changes. Try again.

As written, Prime Base is HUGE. There are 12 levels of Life, Admin, and Support. You have the ability to add and/or delete to make Prime Base into YOUR version of Prime.
