Nicotene, ever smoke to many cigaterres? Boil down 100 or so used cigarette butts, remove the butts and boil it down into a resin. Be careful when doing this, the fumes will send your heart racing. Add the substance idealy to alcohol to hide the taste, it will basicaly give a heartattack
A general antidote is to administer charcoal which is supposed to absorve the medication/poison, it needs to be done soon however before the meds or the majority of them are absorved into the system.
Other natural poisons,
Belladona
Morning Glory seeds
Nightshade
Manioc or casava sap
Apricote or Peach pits which contain cyanide
Lead-insanty halucindation, anmeia and death
Potasium-slows the heart
