Default Determining Calorie and Protein Requirements

There is a formula for the calculation of the number of calories a person requires per day of work called the Harris-Benedict Equation for Basil Energy Expenditure (BEE). I have always wanted to work out a formula using STR, CON & AGL to calculate how many calories a player must consume in a day (for a Biohazard type game).

I would pair this up with the recommended 0.8 grams of Protein (for light work) or 1 gram of Protein (for hard work) per Kilogram of Body weight needed for daily health.

You then simply take the calorie and protein counts off of the labels of real-world food. This would make for a more realistic food consumption model during game play.

This is not really important to my current game, so I haven't done it yet.
