So this article explains the difference between the Cepheus SRD and Cepheus Light, which might help explain some background and some options / design philosophy of the Zozer games product.

The Cepheus SRD is the 1st Edition Mongoose Traveller rules (themselves derived from Classic Traveller) made generic and OGL. I like the MongTrav rules and have played a few games with them (Traveller and Mongoose 2300ADJ. I also like Zozer's other CE/MongTrav supplements. The system works well and has a lot of the feel of Classic Traveller but feels a bit better organized or put together.
