If there’s even a need to have a division operating out there. I don’t think the 4e canon says anything about a Soviet invasion of Alaska and British Columbia, nor does it mention New America. Those were the two driving factors in the 1e timeline for the 47th and 104th Infantry Divisions being where they were. As each edition is a different T2kU, there may be something completely different happening in the region in 4e… or Free League may choose to leave it a blank spot on the map for individual referees or fan content creators to fill in as they see fit.
