The most notable one is Frank Frey's Lions of Twilight (I'm not sure if that was an officially-assigned title or a later fan construct), which dealt with NATO forces in Kenya and surrounding areas. You can find some threads on the topic here and here, as well as Raellus' fan extrapolation on it here.
On DriveThruRPG, the Guide to Twilight: 2000 Version 1.0 cites two unpublished modules for second edition: Death on the Vistula and Warsaw Phoenix. They were intended to be 2e reworks of 1e modules (respectively, Pirates of the Vistula and Ruins of Warsaw) rather than new content. - C.
