Not ATM, but when it officially releases in June, you should be able to order a PDF-only version on DTRPG.

This assumption is based on the fact that DTPRG is currently selling PDF-only copies of the core rules and Urban Operations module. The latter is going for $19.99, as opposed to around $40 for the physical/digital available thru Free League's website.

Although 'Baltic' features prominently in the title, the US and Soviet vessels (including hovercraft) contained therein could be encountered anywhere in the world that either navy operated during WWIII. And although the stats provided are for the 4e rules, there's very little in the book that ties it closely to the 4e timeline; all of the vessels included could appear in any of the canonical T2k timelines.

Black Madonna and Hostile Waters both started shipping recently. Apparently e-mails have gone out to customers -except this one - and some folks have already received their physical copies in the mail (in both Europe and the USA).
