I know this is a VERY old thread. Does anyone know of a way to download the files linked in the original post? Clicking on the links does nothing.

The links should work now.

Apparently google chrome had a security change which did not allow downloads from the http (non secure version of the site). These links are so old that they were hard coded as http. I changed them to https so they should work now.

If not let me know and I will host them on google drive.
