Default US Military Production

Anyone have any information on US plants that construct military equipment? Or suggestion on how to track it down online?

I am looking for specific production sites if possible...

Hello

First, get the full list of arms contractors in US.

Then, I would suggest that you visit the various manufacturers first to get their history and now more of their plants location.

I tried with Oshkosh, for exemple, and learned that you had plants in US, UK, Belgium, Sweden...

Then, try to find plants location in and outside US. For Oshkosh I found plenty of informations by typing "Oshkosh+Belgium". Mainly offices but that helps.

Try also by wiki, here is what you find on Remington: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remington_Arms

Good luck

The only one I know about is the General Dynamics plant that produces Gatlings in Burlington, VT

I found this too. However, it's quite recent. For contractors 20 years earlier, you'll be on your own.

Enjoy the readings
