This is drawn from the Almanac of World Military Power and lists just who is pumping oil as of 1980, production is in metric tons, RPP is refined petroleum products, cubic meters is cm.

Albania: 2,500,000mt crude oil; 850,000mt coal; 1,600,000mt RPP

Austria: 2,000,000mt crude oil, 10,000,000mt RPP; 3,200,000mt coal; 2,100,000,000cm natural gas

Belgium: 7,200,000mt coal, 2,500,000cm manufactured gas, 31,300,000mt RPP

Bulgaria: 288,000mt coal, 25,500,000mt lignite, 180,000,000cm natural gas, 120,000mt crude oil

Canada: 20,800,000mt coal, 4,700,000mt lignite, 63,800,000mt crude oil, 74,500,000,000mc natural gas, 84,000,000mt RPP

Czechoslovakia: 28,300,000mt coal, 89,500,000 lignite, 131,000mt crude oil, 7,900,000,000cm manufactured gas

Denmark: 195,000mt crude oil, 8,000,000mt RPP, 330,000,000cm manufactured gas

Finland: 10,800,000mt RPP, 26,800,000cm manufactured gas

France: 1,100,000mt crude oil, 123,800,000mt RPP, 21,900,000mt coal, 7,100,000,000cm natural gas, 6,500,000cm manufactured gas

East Germany: 456,000mt coal, 246,900,000mt lignite

West Germany: 89,000,000mt coal, 134,500,000mt lignite, 5,500,000mt crude oil, 113,600,000mt RPP, 19,000,000,000cm natural gas, 15,600,000,000cm manufactured gas

Greece: 22,200,000mt lignite, 11,400,000mt RPP

Hungary: 2,900,000mt coal, 22,300,000mt lignite, 2,100,000mt crude oil, 6,100,000,000cm natural gas, 1,700,000mt RPP

Ireland: 48,000mt coal, 277,000,000cm natural gas, 1,960,000mt RPP

Italy: 1,200,000mt lignite, 1,100,000mt crude oil, 15,370,000,000cm natural gas, 3,500,000,000cm manufactured gas, 106,700,000mt RPP

Netherlands: 765,000mt coal, 1,370,000mt crude oil, 70,400,000mt RPP, 97,300,000,000cm natural gas, 1,000,000,000,000cm manufactured gas

Norway: 545,000mt coal, 13,700,000mt crude oil, 8,500,000mt RPP, 25,000,000cm manufactured gas

Afraid not, these are gross national totals. Still, interesting production numbers, especially for crude oil.
