The Chunnel
Started in '88, well before anyone foresaw an end to the cold war, ended in '94, prior to the blow-up in T2k's universe...so what's the final disposition? Is it covered in The UK Survivor's Guide?
The Soviets probably would have put a few nukes on it, or at least on the UK side openings just to further screw-up the UK's infrastructure and stop them getting aid from the French (not that that was very likely at all but...) If not, I'd imagine the French plugged their end to keep the riff-raff out, and may possibly use it for espionage/raiding/theft/reconnaissance from time to time, assuming the Brits' hands are tied with reconstruction and other issues.

No need to nuke it directly. In the post-nuke Twilight War period there's no way the pumps could've been kept going without interruption. I'm pretty confident that by '98 the Chunnel would be well and truly flooded.

It's been discussed a few times in the past and the consensus appears to be it's flooded. The French wouldn't have allowed the UK to move troops or supplies through it to Germany and it's very likely even in the early stages of the war, traffic would have been seriously limited by both sides.
The French wouldn't have wanted a flood of refugees through it from the UK (as people panic at the prospect of the Soviets using nukes from day one) and the UK would tighten security at their end the moment France pulled out of Nato.

UKSG says Dover gets nuked, probably aiming for the ports. But probably they would send one to the chunnel for good measure.
UKSG (Written '88-'89) says that the tunnel had yet to be completed by the beginning of the war. It opened in 14 November 1994 IRL.

Also, from the people I know, there are a couple of "scuttling" charges built into the tunnel, so if all else fails, the French would probably just detonate theirs to stop the UK from sending people though it.

I set my games a decade earlier so we skip the whole issue.
But in an older game where we followed canon timeline the French blew their side of the chunnel to avoid refugee problems (and to piss off the Brits).
