Can anyone provide me a link/source to the details on the final offensive NATO action of the war before OP Omega?

I am trying to determine what units were involved and where they were involved with it.

Its listed in several different publications - are you looking for just the US order of battle, the entire NATO one, or the whole shebang including the Soviet and Polish units involved?

NATO really...Going Home was useless. I am open to non canon material as well just to get the sense of the different options.
