I have a vague recollection that Cadillac Gage tried the turret on a number of hulls as proof of concept or something and this prompted me to look for something that I remember from way back.
The Stingray turret mounted on the M551 Sheridan hull was apparently submitted for the US Army's AGS trials. The only image I know of is this one found on http://www.jedsite.info/  There's next to no info listed but here's the specific page: - http://www.jedsite.info/tanks-sierra...gsheridan.html However I believe Paul has both hull variations listed on his site under one of the Best vehicles that never were sections.
