Default Sorry I have been gone

I have had a lot of things going on here recently. As you know, Lisa agreed to marry me!! (Yes, I know ALL of the jokes concerning her sanity in choosing me)

Well, the BIG DAY is this Saturday, 2/21/15!!!!!

We will say the "I do's" about 2:00 PM. Then the party starts.

I will rejoin the group in full sometime in March. Then the next big event comes into my life. I get to retire (formally) on May 29.

I will keep my hand in as a computer geek/programmer/network admin at MY schedule.

I will keep you informed as life moves forward.

Mike

I'm new to the forum but I'll say Congrats anyway. Always remember, when she cocks her head and says "are you going to wear that shirt?" The CORRECT answer is "no."

"Yes Dear" are important words to know. Often I've managed to avoid 45kg of fury, but I still don't know everything I've done wrong!

Oh, she'll inform you at a time of her choosing. It may be tomorrow, it may be 40 years from now, or anytime in between. Remember, information is a weapon, and they know to break out these weapons only when needed, never revealing them until it's too late for you.

The Maid has just turned 37...

I have young friends.

Thank you for the best wishes, gentlemen, we'll be back shortly.

Do we get to see pictures of the shotgun the brides father was holding pointed at you in case you tried to run away?
