It's actually EXACTO, not EXACTA, you know. Potato, potatoe. Tomato, tomatoe.... :P
But yep....the tech's getting there. The question is what would the financial costs be of fielding this type of tech, how wide, and when?? Also, what about maintenance of the munitions in the field, would any special upkeep or care of the "bullets" be required??
