Anyone near Kitchener, Ontario?

A few friends and I have finally decided to start a game after thinking about it for about ten years. None of us have ever played before with the exception of 3 months in 1994. Anyone in the area that knows what they are doing? A veteran presence is always nice, even if just to do a dry run through a couple of situations to help get a handle on the rules in a "real world" setting.
