Default 4th Edition Equipment, Helmets & Helmet Accessories

Helmets can be a very subjective matter. So these are examples of some helmets in common use.

The trend in helmets are lighter weight while providing the same protection levels. There is a new ballistic helmet coming out this year that will weight less than 1 kg and still provide the same level of protection, I'll add ths once the details are available.

I looked over the rules and don't seem to find anything that you are looking for. The encumbrance rules just cover weight in general for all equipment carried. As to the vision and sound penalties there doesn't seem to be anything that covers that either.

So I guess this might be a good area to expand the rules a little.
