Differences between British-drive and American-drive vehicles?
I was just watching a Men At Work video and I noticed that the VW Van's side door was on the opposite side of the vehicle from VW Van's sold in the US. Other than the steering wheel, what other differences are there between US drive and British drive vehicles? Do these differences (or any others) apply to military vehicles, depending on where they were built?

Not really an answer to your question but it inspired me to look up right hand drive US vehicles and I found this HMMWV.
I do have to say it kinda weirds me out. . . |
