Just how different is 2013 to V1.0 and 2.x? (I've both earlier versions but nothing of 2013).
My understanding is the background is rather different to the earlier two (which were generally the same) and so therefore probably would merit a separate section as here with Morrow Project. For that matter, I can't see any reason why any of the post apocalyptic settings should have a home somewhere in the forum.

The setting is radically different. The mechanics are, too, with the exception of some limited compatibility in heavy weapon and vehicle traits.

In that case, it would definitely warrant a dedicated section all of it's own.
Although technologically 2013 is about 15 years more advanced than T2k I can certainly see a lot of cross over though in ideas and even equipment. It makes sense for the two to share a common home.
