That's hardly a surprise, the Russians can hardly bail themselves out right now with the one-two punch from the sanctions and the huge drop in oil prices (moreso due to the oil prices though IMHO).
Although I just read Cyprus has reached an agreement with Russia to lease some of it's bases to their naval and air forces. Methinks if Greece ever leaves NATO, the Turks are going to be paying the Greeks a visit...
