A general antidote is to administer charcoal which is supposed to absorve the medication/poison, it needs to be done soon however before the meds or the majority of them are absorved into the system.

A slightly-off friend of mine came up with something like the nicotine bit, but was considering DMSO and paintballs injected with the stuff as a delivery mechanism.
